Electric and water are charged based on consumption from the meter at .60 cents per Kilowatt and .45 cents per gallon of water.
Marina Cancellation and No Show Policy
- Upon booking all reservations will collect a 1 night slip deposit based on slip and boat size chosen.
- Slips are charged at a 40ft minimum unless booked with a slip/room package.
- Cancellation of reservations must be in writing by facsimile or E-mail only and must be received via phone by reservations.
- Cancellation of confirmed reservations will be accepted without penalty up to 3 days prior to arrival or 72 hours.
- Cancellation of reservations made two days prior to arrival will be subject to a one (1) night slip and tax charge.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival will be subject to charge equivalent of one night slip charge.
- No shows will be subject to charge equivalent to the cost of the full stay.
- Refunds for early departures/short stays will not be given under any circumstances.
- In the event of a hurricane we will follow the SOP of the BHA/MOT Hurricane policy.
