Deposit & Cancellation Policies

Standard

• Deposit: A deposit of $200 per room is automatically charged at time of booking. Deposit policy is subject to change.
• Final Payment: Final payment is due in full, less any deposits, 7 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file at that time. Reservations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be automatically charged in full at the time the reservation is made.
• Cancellation: If a reservation is canceled inside of 7 days prior to arrival, all money received will be forfeited.

Holiday

• Deposit: A deposit of $500 per room is automatically charged at time of booking. Deposit policy is subject to change.
• Final Payment: Final payment is due in full, less any deposits, 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file at that time. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be automatically charged in full at the time the reservation is made.
• Cancellation: If a reservation is canceled inside of 30 days prior to arrival, all money received will be forfeited.
