Deposit & Cancellation Policies

Standard

Deposit: A deposit of $200 per room is automatically charged at time of booking. Deposit policy is subject to change.
Final Payment: Final payment is due in full, less any deposits, 7 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file at that time. Reservations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be automatically charged in full at the time the reservation is made.
Cancellation: If a reservation is canceled inside of 7 days prior to arrival, all money received will be forfeited.
